Let’s be clear. I am not a yogi, I have not spent any time with holy men in other countries or tribes in the Rain Forest. I do not even know all the yoga poses! I like shopping, movies, lattes and even ugg boots-some may even call me sigh…. Basic. So part of me feels like-what credibility do I have to publish work that people may want to read? Shouldn’t I have a PhD in mediumship or maybe spend a few years in the Congo learning native customs and meditating for a few years? Shouldn’t I wear tie-dye or chunky turquoise jewelry or drape myself in crystals? I have experienced extreme, Lifetime movie, trauma and drama in my life. I have also experienced moments of grace and miracles. I know one thing for sure, if a reality show and Starbucks-loving girl can manifest grace in her life without extreme fashion and lifestyle changes-anyone can. Even you.
The path of inner peace and balance can be bumpy and twisty-let's take it together in style!
